Every pickup comes with a paper trail.
Get a QuoteReporting and Receipts
Records you can file and find later.
Every job we handle comes with documentation. You get asset lists, certificates of destruction, and recycling records, so audits and internal reviews are simple and your team always knows where retired equipment went.
What you receive
-
Pickup receipt.
Your receipt is the first record in the chain of custody. It confirms what left your site and when.
-
Asset lists.
We record equipment by asset, and by serial number where it matters, especially for drives.
-
Certificates of destruction.
When drives are wiped or physically destroyed, you receive a certificate of destruction, with sanitization documentation for your records.
-
Recycling records.
Material that cannot be reused is processed into feedstock for new products, and we document it.
-
Remarketing reports, when applicable.
If equipment has resale value, we provide an asset report showing what was remarketed and your share of the proceeds when it makes sense.
Why it matters
Audits go smoother.
When a compliance review or security audit asks what happened to a device, you have a documented answer ready.
Internal accountability.
IT, finance, and leadership can see the same records. Fewer questions, fewer spreadsheets to rebuild.
The loop is closed.
Retired equipment does not just disappear. You know which devices were destroyed, which were reused, and which were recycled.
How records fit the process
Documentation follows your equipment from start to finish. It begins with the pickup receipt. During secure handling, we track assets and handle data first, then issue certificates for the drives we process. From there, equipment is either remarketed or recycled, and you receive the matching report. Each step adds a record, so the full story is in one place.
We are working toward R2 certification as part of our commitment to responsible, accountable practices.
