Kansas City secure IT asset disposition
Retire your IT equipment securely. Your data, handled with care.
We wipe or destroy every drive, document every asset, and give you a clean record you can stand behind. Then we look for what still has value, so equipment with life left in it can come back to you as a return.
Based in Kansas City. What can't be reused is sorted so the copper, gold, and rare earths inside go back into a domestic loop.
- Based in Kansas City. Working across the region and nationwide.
- 5.0 on Google
- Documented chain of custody, with a receipt for every pickup
- Data destruction with certificates
- R2 certification in progress
- Part of the conversation around the NSF Critical Materials Crossroads
The usual reasons we hear from you
-
An office refresh
New laptops arrived. The old ones are stacked in a conference room. We take the whole lot, wipe or destroy the drives, and give you a record of every serial number.
-
A move or a closing
Leases end. Floors get consolidated. We clear out servers, desktops, phones, and cabling so the space is ready to hand back.
-
A data center or closet retirement
Racks, switches, storage arrays, UPS units. We plan the removal around your team and document each asset as it leaves.
-
A compliance question
Someone asked where the old drives went. We help you answer that with certificates, serial-level reporting, and a clear chain of custody.
-
Equipment that still has value
Not everything is scrap. Usable gear can be remarketed, and the value goes back toward your project.
What we do
-
Data Destruction
Drive wiping and physical destruction, with certificates tied to serial numbers.
-
IT Asset Disposition
End-of-life computers, servers, and network gear, secured, recovered, and accounted for. (Buyers call it ITAD. We call it retiring equipment safely and getting the material back to work.)
-
Hard Drive Shredding
Physical destruction for drives that should never leave your control intact.
-
Asset Remarketing
Once data is handled, equipment with life left in it is refurbished and resold, and you see the return.
-
Business Pickup and Logistics
We schedule pickups that fit your site, your dock, and your people.
-
Reporting and Receipts
Asset lists, certificates of destruction, and recycling records you can file and find later.
-
Telecom and Network Equipment
Phones, switches, routers, and access points, recovered in volume.
-
Electronics Recycling
Everything without a second life is sorted down to boards, metals, and plastics and sent into recycled feedstock streams.
A short, documented chain
Every asset that leaves your building is accounted for until it is reused, recovered, or destroyed. You know where it went because we write it down.
-
Step 1. Conversation
Tell us what you have, where it is, and what matters most: data, timing, value, or all three. We'll suggest a plan.
-
Step 2. Pickup
Our team collects the equipment from your site. Assets are logged and secured for transport.
-
Step 3. Secure
Data comes first. Drives are wiped or physically destroyed, and each one is tied to a serial number on your record.
-
Step 4. Recover value
Once data is handled, usable equipment is tested for remarketing where it makes sense. The rest is sorted into boards, metals, magnets, and plastics.
-
Step 5. Receipt
You receive your documentation: asset reporting, certificates of destruction, and a record of where the material went.
The next mine is already in the city.
A circuit board holds gold, silver, copper, and palladium. A hard drive holds neodymium magnets. Capacitors carry tantalum. These are the same critical minerals and rare earths that new supply chains are searching for, and most of them are already above ground, sitting in last decade's devices.
Our job is to recover that material, sort it carefully, and return it to a domestic chain as recycled feedstock. A shorter chain means fewer steps, fewer borders, and more of the value staying here. It also means fewer new pits for the same supply.
Kansas City is a good place to do this work. The NSF Critical Materials Crossroads, the UMKC-led NSF Engine, is building the region's capacity to recover and refine these materials. We are glad to work in that neighborhood, close to the research and close to the businesses whose retired equipment becomes useful again.
The next mine is already in the city. That is the hopeful part.
