This website, itrecyclinganswers.com, is run by IT Recycling Answers LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (Missouri Charter No. LC001705777), 212 NE Main St, Lee's Summit, MO 64064 ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any services we provide are covered by a separate agreement, described below.

Using Our Site

You are welcome to browse, learn about our services, and contact us. When you use the site, please:

• Share accurate information when you request a quote or contact us
• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Not try to disrupt, hack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems

Our services are offered to businesses and organizations. We do not offer residential drop-off.

Quotes Are Estimates, Not Contracts

When you request a quote through the site, by phone, or by email, any pricing, reuse value, or timing we share is an estimate based on the information you provide. A quote is not a binding offer or contract. Final pricing and terms may change once we confirm the actual equipment, quantity, condition, location, and data handling needs.

Submitting the quote form does not create a customer relationship or obligate either of us to anything.

Services Are Subject to a Separate Agreement

All services, including pickup, data destruction, hard drive shredding, IT asset disposition, asset remarketing, electronics recycling, and reporting, are provided only under a written agreement, work order, or signed quote between you and IT Recycling Answers LLC. That agreement sets the scope, pricing, chain of custody, data destruction method, certificates, responsibilities, and liability for the work. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Descriptions of services, processes, and certifications on this site are general information. For example, our R2 certification is in progress, and we will tell you the current status as part of any quote.

Site Content and Ownership

The text, logos, graphics, photos, and design on this site belong to IT Recycling Answers LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use in considering our services. Any other use needs our written permission.

"IT Recycling Answers" and our logo are our trade names and marks. Other names and marks that appear on the site belong to their owners.

Information on the Site

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. It is not legal, compliance, tax, or environmental advice.
